Tequila Sunrise
Reposado tequila and orange juice with grenadine sunk to the bottom and a splash of Luxardo on top. The layers are the drink, and a spoon is how you get them.
Method
Fill a tall glass with ice and add the tequila and orange juice.
Pour the grenadine slowly over the back of a spoon held just above the drink. It is heavier than the juice, so it sinks and sets up the gradient.
Finish with a splash of Luxardo.
